Presenting results

You can provide the results of your work with EasyMap in many ways. The most convenient way is to share maps and data via EasyMap Xplorer, so that supervisors and colleagues can use the maps even without an installed EasyMap.

The classic export formats such as PDFs, graphic files or data export are of course still available for you. You can also print the maps directly from EasyMap.

EasyMap Xplorer makes maps and data available for viewing and interactive use via standard Internet browsers. An interface for sharing maps can be found in EasyMap via the menu Xplorer > Release....

Automate map and data output with reports

Reports enable you to generate a series of maps and data automatically and then view, print or export them one after the other. For example, you can have the individual territories quickly and easily output your sales structure for the relevant employees as a graphic including data.

Further presentation options

Individual sheets, cutouts from maps or entire map folders can be output in different formats:

• Print on paper or PDF file.
• Export as graphic file in formats like JPEG, PNG, Tiff or PDF.
• Graphic export in Microsoft Office formats (PowerPoint, Word).
• Export data to Excel and CSV, all internal and external data.
• Export as website.
• Copy to clipboard and paste into other programs.
