Map with links (Clickable Map with configurable links)

This template allows you, for example, to link already prepared documents with the map created in EasyMap. This means that when you click on the map, not only a new page is opened, but this page can also open a document or Excel spreadsheet (or other HTML documents) containing specific information about the area you have clicked on.

A prerequisite for such a procedure is the existence of documents that you want to link immediately to the areas or texts on the map.

You can specify the documents directly in the output and link to them. If the path of the individual documents does not match the output path of the HTML pages, you can also specify the entire path in the editing window.

After completion of the export, the documents can be opened directly by clicking on the area (or the name - depending on the configuration).

Note: Alternatively, you can import tables that contain a column with the corresponding path to the individual documents for each area. This means that you do not need to specify the documents directly. All you have to do is link the respective table to the corresponding number and select the required column with the file paths. The specified file path from the table column is then assigned to each area.
