Even the best software sometimes is not enough. No matter if data errors, wrong handling or software bug: sometimes you need someone to call and ask for support. For this purpose we offer a telephone hotline. This is available to all customers with an update and service contract or service subscription. We advise you that the responsibility for data protection belongs to the client if the data provided includes personal data.

Service Hours: Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm.

We also offer support outside the service hours of the telephone hotline. Send your request by e-mail to support@geomarketing.de. Please attach files that help us to understand and solve your problem quickly (e.g. EasyMap map folder, a DistrictManager project file or screenshots). Don't forget to leave a phone number in your e-mail so that we can call you back if necessary.

Note: Our telephone hotline is available free of charge to customers with current software versions. In addition, we offer all our customers free e-mail support or book your hourly quota for the telephone hotline today.
