Filter and Sort

In each table in easymap it is possible to set filters on single columns or achieve a desired sorting of data.

For a filter (or a changed sorting) simply click on the column heading and you will get a menu for selecting the filter function.

Note: Please remember that this type of filter is only a view filter and does not create a new table. So, if an analyses is created on such a table, the analyses will use the entire data set of this table and not only the filter set by you. If a reduced number of data is required, please create this data quantity using a query.

Filter and sorting options in the tables

If you click on the column heading, a context menu appears in which you can sort the column in ascending or descending order, view the statistics for this column, or call up additional filters.

Sort Ascending sorts the table in ascending order based on the data from the selected column. (available in the context menu of External Data, Queries, Geographical Data and Analysis Results)
Sort Descending sorts the table in descending order based on the data from the selected column. (available in the context menu of External Data, Queries, Geographical Data and Analysis Results)
